
Client Liaison Administrator

Key Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
- Preparing preliminary presentations and materials for meetings and events.
- Scheduling action items and ensuring timely completion by team members.
- Recording and distributing meeting minutes and notes to relevant parties.
- Providing exceptional customer service by attending to client needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinating logistics for events and meetings, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure seamless delivery of services.
The successful applicant will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and other software relevant to the role.
