An opportunity now exists for a National Billings Officer to join their team. Whist your main responsibility will be processing high volume invoices across several departments nationally including import operations and warehousing, you will also have the opportunity to be cross trained in other areas of the business if you have a genuine desire to expand your skills.
Responsibilities will include:

- Working with job costings for shipments Australia wide
- Processing invoices as per agreed rates to correct parties
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with both local and interstate stakeholders
- Data entry and administrative support
- Cross train across import / export operations

To be considered for this position you will be a committed team player who displays high attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, accurate data entry as well as a genuine interest in the industry. Experience with Cargowise is preferred.
