**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Global AP & Expense Manager - P2P to join our Finance Operations team based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting period of change and growth within our organization.

You will drive the strategic direction of Accounts Payable, Expenses, and cost functions across all divisions of Toll, collaborating with key stakeholders in procurement and finance to build best-in-class processes and governance. This operations-driven role requires a strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and a focus on automation and standardization to ensure Toll's success in transacting with vendors and partners.

As the Global AP & Expense Manager - P2P, you will:

- Shape and drive the strategic direction of P2P activity and processes across Toll Group, working closely with Procurement for best-in-class service.
- Create and implement a governance framework to ensure efficient and standardized processes across all business units.
- Play a key part in the leadership of the Finance Operations team, including managing the AP & Expenses team in Australia and Singapore, and assisting with the CoE team in Penang.
- Drive adoption of best-in-class Accounts Payable processes, practices, and governance to achieve strategic goals.
- Collaborate with other departments and business partners for planning, forecasting, and vendor onboarding activities.
- Utilize data to drive improvements, standardization, and optimization of P2P processes, including working with offshoring and transformation teams.
- Drive team performance onshore and offshore through effective coaching, training, and mentoring. Build a high-performing team culture and foster a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Analyze Concur expense data to drive governance outcomes. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency in expense management processes, and ensure data accuracy and integrity in expense reporting and analysis.

**Qualifications**:
As the Global AP & Expense Manager - P2P, you will have:

- Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance discipline
- Strong expertise in P2P and S2P process ownership and development, with extensive knowledge of systems in a complex business environment.
- Proven experience in managing large onshore and offshore teams within Accounts Payable and P2P, S2P, with a strategic mindset to drive change management.
- Ability to simplify complex operations and use data to drive results, with exposure to SAP or large-scale ERP business tools, and RPA technology.
- Purchase to Pay process in a large organization.
- Concur expense management experience highly desired.
- Ability to conceptualise data and use Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- CA or CPA desired but not essential
