Eagers Automotive is seeking a
**Customer Service and Collections Officer** who is passionate and motivated to join our Simplr Car Subscription team in Woolloongabba on full-time permanent basis.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the General Manager - Financial Services, our Customer Service and Collections Officer plays a key role taking responsibility for quality control, accounts administration and customer management. Some of your responsibilities would include:

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our Car subscription product
- Build and maintain a high level of professional relationships with all stakeholders (clients and agency staff) and forming long term business partnerships to leverage future opportunities
- Maintain all alert systems for registration and servicing purposes of our fleet
- Maintain and update the customer service database
- Respond and coordinate telephone queries from both customers and businesses

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar role or in a collections or customer service-based role
- Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Familiar with the Microsoft suite (particularly Excel)
- Ability to work autonomously when needed and work cohesively as part of a fast-paced team
- Ability to pass a Police Clearance
