Think HQ is a fast-growing, award-winning agency solely committed to social impact and behaviour change campaigns, and we are seeking a Production Coordinator with strong administrative skills and an eye for detail to join our team.

The Production Coordinator is a key team member responsible for supporting and coordinating the activities of photo, film, audio and animation production. Day-to-day tasks include helping with the art department, wardrobe, cast and crew, transportation, location, and performing general office duties - the duties vary widely depending on what stage of the production process they're supporting.

Our office is based in South Melbourne and we work with a range of clients across government, non-profit and private industry. We are full service - including public relations, advertising, content, design, animation, film and audio production. Our skills are diverse, but we're united by our uncompromised mission to work solely on projects that deliver positive outcomes for people, the planet, and places.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate interest or background in production, with some relevant experience.
- Overall production assistance and supporting tasks
- Assist with the allocation of production budgets and resources
- Distribute shooting schedules, call sheets, crew and cast lists, scripts and script revisions, and daily progress reports.
- Managing transportation, logistics, equipment and on-set facilities
- Source partners, companies, and suppliers to work on a given project.
- Assist with travel, accommodation, and work permits for cast and crew.

**Required Skills**:

- Diploma in film or related field of the creative industries (or equivalent experience)
- Dependability, punctuality, and resourcefulness
- Ability to manage and cope with multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to develop strong relationships with crew, suppliers, casting agents, etc.
- Skilled negotiator to navigate multiple expectations and needs whilst managing the budget and not compromising on the quality of the work.
