Qualifications & experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- A current Drivers Licence

Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct and present research to facilitate Partnership Managers (PM) activities.
- Manage organisation information systems and calendars relating to PM activities and donor milestones.
- Plan, organise, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference
- Coordinate domestic and any international travel arrangements for PMs
- Provide database and system support for PM activities
- Collaborate and support team activities
