We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced retail credit risk portfolio management (CPM) professional to join a major financial institution. The key purpose of the role is to provide strategic and analytical support to the Unsecured CPM Analytical team in delivering their growth and automated credit decisional initiatives across the Personal Lending division.

Key responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives and deliverables, including producing credit decisioning recommendations, stakeholder management and leading analysts
- Provide day to day support to analysts with technical questions, such as coding / data queries (SAS/SQL, Python)
- Provide strategic thinking on credit approaches and optimisation
- Provide support to Unsecured CPM Leadership Team in the ongoing delivery of strategic roadmap & FY22/23 Goals, including planning and prioritisation
- Contribute to strategic uplift of capability across the team through training, knowledge sharing

Furthermore, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Strong unsecured credit risk management experience
- Expert analytical skills and experience including transactional data using Python and/or other similar tools
- A good knowledge of consumer finance automated credit processes
- An ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
