Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Drive Brand Awareness and Sales through Effective Marketing Strategies

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and sales through effective marketing strategies and tactics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Calendars: Plan and execute campaigns and product drops across all key moments.
  • Lead Content Shoots: Shape content that turns heads from styling to shoot-day execution.
  • Manage Social Media Channels: Drive growth and stay ahead of trends on Lacoste's social channels.
  • Influencer & Partnerships Management: Build a community of creators, manage product seeding, and amplify the Lacoste voice.
  • Retail & Store Launch Campaigns: Lead local activations, pop-ups, and in-store experiences across AU & NZ.
  • Creative & Graphics Oversight: Work with designers and printers to ensure every store looks as sharp as the product.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Digital, eComm, CRM, Planning, Retail & Wholesale teams to bring 360° campaigns to life.
