Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional front-desk experience
- Schedule and manage GP, nurse, and clinic appointments using our clinical system
- Answer telephone and in-person queries efficiently and with discretion
- Register new patients and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records
- Process repeat prescription requests and liaise with clinicians as needed
- Handle confidential information in line with guidelines
- Support the clinical team by managing messages, recalls, and administrative tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence (including lab results and hospital letters)
- Assist with checking in patients, collecting payments, and updating personal information
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and welcoming

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $33.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
