We shape leading experiences across office, retail, logistics and student accommodation, with a focus on wellbeing, flexibility and opportunity for our people.We're seeking an Investment Analyst, Logistics to play a key role in shaping the growth and performance of our logistics platform.
This is a hands-on role with exposure to the full investment lifecycle – from market research and deal analysis through to execution and ongoing portfolio management.
You will work closely with senior leaders, build cross-functional relationships and contribute to our continued success in the logistics sector.
Responsibilities
Building and managing complex financial models that inform decisions at the highest level.
Contributing to major acquisitions and divestments, working with tax, treasury, legal and asset management.
Playing a central role in portfolio optimisation, enhancing returns while mitigating risk.
Developing deep market insights into supply, demand, rental trends and competitor activity, translating this into actionable strategies.
Preparing investment committee papers and presentations that influence key stakeholders and guide capital deployment.
Qualifications
You will typically have a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Property or a related field, with relevant experience in investment banking, funds management, or real estate.
Advanced Excel modelling skills are essential, with demonstrated ability to build and manage complex financial models.
You should bring strong problem-solving abilities, clear and confident communication, and a detail-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality insights for strategic decision-making.
