Your new company is an expert in specialist engineering solutions. They supply and refurbish valve assemblies for speciality equipment servicing the defence industry. **Your new role**

In your new role as an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be tasked with ensuring seamless operations of end to end sales while facilitating the execution of necessary procurement processes in a timely and efficient manner.

Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Monitoring customer delivery schedules
- Accurately raising purchase orders for components and ensuring all certification is in order
- Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis and monitoring supplier delivery schedules.
- Managing the receipt of spare parts, and championing quality inspection processes.
- Review supplier material certification supplied IAW purchase orders.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Generating bills of materials and running production orders in SAP.
- Generating Customer Sales Orders and Invoices using SAP.
- Arranging customer deliveries.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- An Australian Citizenship
- A National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues
- Flexibility in adapting to changing client schedule requirements
