We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director/2IC to join our team in our Corrimal service.

Study allowances to upskill qualifications (including Early Childhood Teaching degrees, T&Cs apply) Travel allowances (T&Cs apply) About the role: Provide guidance and direction to educators through collaboration Offer support to educators to effectively implement the planning cycle to enhance practices and programs Lead, develop and implement effective and valuable educational programs within the service Ensure all learning is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework Encourage and demonstrate appropriate and respectful communication and behaviours within the service About you: ACECQA Approved Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education Experience in a similar role advantageous Current Working with Children Check Outstanding level of verbal and written communication Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) Strong computer skills Current approved First Aid Certificate Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Little Zak's Child Safety CommitmentLittle Zak's Academy is a Child Safe Organisation.
