Director Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our team in providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and skills in early childhood education, including experience in staff management, programme implementation, and quality assurance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience in a similar leadership role advantageous
  • A Current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Strong computer skills
  • A Current approved First Aid Certificate
  • A Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
