The role also includes managing the stock allocation process, analyzing demand and supply simulations, and understanding customer behavior.
You will represent Nestlé to our customers, aiming to maximize service across the NiM Market.A Day in the LifeReporting to the DSP Business Partner ANZ, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Customer ServiceAnalyze customer behavior and trends to identify risks of stockouts and initiate proactive measures.Collaborate with other functions to address and escalate out-of-stock issues.Participate in Demand & Supply Review Meetings to develop solutions for stockout risks.Implement system parameter updates and manage exception codes for unconfirmed orders.Order FulfillmentAct as the main contact for customers regarding order fulfillment concerns.Communicate mitigation strategies for risks like stockouts and transportation problems.Provide order status updates and resolve transportation issues within agreed SLAs.BillingWork with the CoS Billing team to resolve billing issues related to customers.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for billing resolutions as needed.Returns and RefusalsServe as the escalation point for returns and refusals, analyzing reasons and proposing solutions.Ensure compliance with return policies and coordinate goods destruction with logistics providers.Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE)Monitor KPIs and participate in operational reviews to improve order fulfillment.Supply PlanningAnalyze supply plans and manage daily supply execution to meet customer needs.Adjust plans based on exceptions and establish production requirements.Communicate supply issues and balance product availability with inventory costs.Review shipping lead times monthly and ensure SAP data accuracy.What Will Make You SuccessfulOperational experience in Demand & Supply Planning and Project Management within DSP.Several years' operational experience in Customer Solutions, Logistics, Procurement, Production, or Sales.Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and tools.Desirable: SAP experience.Excellent communication skills.Applicants will undergo pre-employment checks, including health assessments, and must have full Australian working rights.BenefitsEnjoy working with a highly engaged team and advancing your career with a global FMCG leader.
