Day to day you will; Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store.
Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets Assist in store operational requirements as requested by management What we are looking for...You will have experience and/or understanding of the retail sales environment.
You can demonstrate your exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills and will have a positive and flexible attitude that will shine in store to your fellow team and customers.
