Regency Showerscreens & Wardrobes is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Shepparton team.
This is a field-based role where you'll be out on the road, meeting clients in person, building relationships, and delivering tailored product solutions.
We're a market leader in wardrobes, shower screens, and mirrors—and we're ready to grow.About the RoleReporting to the General Manager, you'll manage existing client relationships and generate new business across Shepparton and the surrounding areas.
You'll be visiting building sites daily, engaging directly with builders, tradespeople, and retail customers.
This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where your ability to connect with people and understand their needs will be key to your success.
You'll be the visible face of Regency in the region, representing our brand with professionalism and confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site visits to measure and assess customer requirementsProvide in-person consultations and product recommendationsProcess builder purchase orders and create product orders using the company softwareRecord customer details in CRM and maintain accurate documentationBuild strong relationships with trade and retail clients through regular face-to-face contactIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities across the regionCollaborate with installation, admin, logistics, and factory teamsBecome a product expert to deliver accurate adviceAbout YouExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working face-to-face with customers on-siteSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProven experience in a trade or sales roleWillingness to learn technical product knowledge and industry standardsStrong organisational and administrative skillsCompetent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookWhat's in it for You?
