This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative service model that puts resident wellbeing and therapist support at the heart of care.As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver personalised treatments through the award-winning Plena Care Pathway – recipient of the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence.
This evidence-based approach supports client goals through one-on-one therapy, group programs, care plan reviews, and mobility interventions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care.Deliver both individual and group-based therapy sessions.Work collaboratively with facility staff and within your professional scope.Contribute to ongoing innovation and high-quality clinical outcomes.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in PhysiotherapyCurrent AHPRA registrationValid Australian working rightsDriver's license and carWillingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police CheckPassion for aged care and person-centred therapyWhy Join Plena Healthcare?
