We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in our residential aged care facility.

This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 4 shifts per week, with up to 5 shifts available. The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care and be able to provide patient-centered care with dignity and respect.

To be successful in this role, you will need to commit to ongoing training and professional development, and be willing to work collaboratively as part of a team.

We prioritize the well-being of our residents and staff, and offer a supportive work environment that promotes work-life balance.

The successful applicant will require:

  • A current police check (less than 12 months old)
  • Two professional references
  • A recent CV and cover letter specifying the role and shifts you are applying for

Please note that this role is for residential aged care only, and not NDIS funded.
