About This Role
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leading Hand for our Tarrawonga site.
This role involves mobile equipment maintenance, relief supervision, work management, and ensuring breakdown coverage.
It offers career development into future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment
Provide relief supervision and support to the maintenance team
Manage work orders, parts, and records in PULSE
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet targets
Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant mechanical trade qualification and current driver's license
Experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar leadership role
Strong background in heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance
Experience in coal mining or heavy industry environments
Familiarity with CMMS (preferably PULSE) and Microsoft Office
