**Overview of the role**

We are currently looking for four talented Schedulers to join our team, with the ability to work from our Greystanes office.

The primary purpose of this role is to schedule and dispatch work to crews in accordance with the approved rolling schedule, manage day to day jeopardies and emergency response work priorities and maximise crew and resource utilisation

Your role will cover the following:

- Planning/scheduling the next 4 weeks of work
- Defining job sequences
- Defining internal labour requirements
- Defining materials, tools and equipment
- Defining job specific requirements
- Preparing job pack
- Developing rolling schedule to dispatch
- Managing schedule changes
- Dispatching work order schedule to crews
- Managing in day jeopardies
- Escalating work back to job planning

**A little about you**

To be successful in this role your resume should demonstrate:

- Demonstrable organisational skills in the sourcing of material requirements, contractor requirements and associated internal and external resources.
- A high level of ability with schedule and plan resources, including staff, plant and equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- High level of skill in problem solving
