Overview
Everwarm Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Plumber to take on a hybrid role that combines on-site installation and office-based project management. We are a leading contractor in the hydronic heating sector, delivering high-end geothermal and air-source heat pump systems across NSW.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a mechanically minded plumber who wants to step up into project management while still being involved on the tools. You will split your time between:
On-Site Work – supervising installations, ensuring quality control, liaising with builders/clients, and guiding apprentices.
Office-Based Management – scheduling, procurement, design coordination, quoting support, timesheet compliance, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee hydronic heating projects from design through to commissioning.
Lead and mentor tradesmen and apprentices on site.
Coordinate with suppliers, builders, engineers, and clients.
Prepare and track labour hours, variations, and project reports.
Ensure all work meets Australian Standards and Everwarm's premium workmanship standards.
About You
Qualified Mechanical / Plumber with strong hydronic experience (or willingness to learn).
Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and people.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Competent in reading plans, technical drawings, and mechanical schematics.
Comfortable with both hands-on work and office responsibilities.
Ambitious and reliable, with an interest in progressing into higher project management roles.
