About the role

This full-time Apprentice for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation position at JIM STAR AIR CONDITIONING PTY LTD' in Sydney NSW 2000 offers the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. As an apprentice, you will receive on-the-job training and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning and ventilation systems Learning to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and specifications Developing hands-on skills in electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration work Participating in the troubleshooting and problem-solving of system issues Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Completing any other duties as required to support the team

Passion for the trades and a keen interest in air conditioning and mechanical ventilation Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions and work safely Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and a commitment to completing your apprenticeship
