Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Manager

Everwarm Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Plumber to take on a hybrid role that combines on-site installation and office-based project management. We are a leading contractor in the hydronic heating sector, delivering high-end geothermal and air-source heat pump systems across NSW.
The RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a mechanically minded plumber who wants to step up into project management while still being involved on the tools. You will split your time between:
- On-Site Work – supervising installations, ensuring quality control, liaising with builders/clients, and guiding apprentices.
- Office-Based Management – scheduling, procurement, design coordination, quoting support, timesheet compliance, and client communication.
- Manage and oversee hydronic heating projects from design through to commissioning.
- Lead and mentor tradesmen and apprentices on site.
- Coordinate with suppliers, builders, engineers, and clients.
- Prepare and track labour hours, variations, and project reports.
- Ensure all work meets Australian Standards and Everwarm's premium workmanship standards.
- Qualified Mechanical / Plumber with strong hydronic experience (or willingness to learn).
- Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and people.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competent in reading plans, technical drawings, and mechanical schematics.
- Comfortable with both hands-on work and office responsibilities.
- Ambitious and reliable, with an interest in progressing into higher project management roles.
