Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist

This role is part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering efficient services related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.


About the Job
  • Working in a collaborative environment, you will maintain and resolve daily operational issues across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily operational systems across multiple sites.
  • Analyse and address operational issues in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • A trade qualification in HVAC/refrigeration with knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.
  • Demonstrated good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision while following safe work practices.
  • Proven skills in fault finding and problem solving, including interpreting building and services plans.
  • Experience in the maintenance of large building complexes and facility maintenance, with proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Skills and experience in using computerised building management control systems.
  • Sound interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, including use of Microsoft Office and work order systems.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
