The VMS team is all about delivery, implementation, and execution. We create squads of delivery consultants who are embedded within our clients' organizations to deliver results, fast.

We are looking for a passionate Tester to join our team and work within a key strategic client in Australia, helping them bring exceptional payment solutions to the market.

**What you will be doing**

This role will support one of our most strategically important clients in Australia and will be a key contributor to development of a new and significant product. In this role you will:

- Create and execute exceptional tests that produce highly resilient solutions - fit for the banking sector.
- Design test plans and strategies for a multi-tenanted environment (such as core banking and fintech's) that can be easily communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare a test scenario matrix that covers all possible paths of the acceptance criteria (e.g., happy, unhappy alternative paths).
- Build automation scripts from scratch that can be easily shared and interpreted by others. These standardised processes will be turned into "kits" that can be used by our client's Test Managers.
- Review and analyse Epics, Features, User Stories and SOAP to estimate the tests required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the test automation scope.
- Configure test environments and build relevant mocks-ups that are suitable and relevant to the needs within the environment.
- Create high quality certification scripts.
- Build tests which revolve around the customer journey.
- Build automation processes into everything you do. Always looking for opportunities to improve the efficiency of the test process.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

What you will bring

Key Competencies:

- 7+ years of experience in testing. You are highly knowledgeable in the entire lifecycle of testing (SIT, UAT, Pre Prod etc.).
- Understanding of the payment lifecycle (purchase, decline, reversal, refund,
