— Community Kids Yandina Early Education Centre. This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) with rotating shifts Monday to Friday. Weekly pay is 10% above award wage, with a further 5% increase in Dec 2025, and 50% off childcare fees. If you're an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator, you'll join a phenomenal team of early childhood professionals and be supported to excel and develop your career.
About Us
Our centre offers delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with age-appropriate learning resources, and capacity for up to 74 children. Operating hours are from 6am to 6pm. For more information and photos, please visit our centre's website: Community Kids Yandina 1.
Responsibilities
You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.
About You
You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
