Key Responsibilities:
Prompt Design:
Develop prompts that guide AI models to produce accurate, contextually appropriate responses for diverse journalistic applications.
Workflow Efficiency:
Build tools that enhance workflow efficiency whilst maintaining the integrity that defines quality journalism.
Prompt Refining:
Test and refine prompts to meet exacting standards required by journalists.
Requirements:
Journalism Passion:
Genuine passion for journalism and understanding of modern newsroom operations.
Curiosity and demonstrated elementary coding experience, preferably Python, natural language processing (NLP) and prompt engineering using different models.
Strong grasp of language semantics and syntax, coupled with an experimental mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with both journalists and technical teams.
