Location: Fully Remote (Australia-Wide)

We are looking for someone who not only is a high performer but wants to grow with us from the ground floor up.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Permanent, Full-Time Settlements Officer to join the team.

This is a Fully remote position, we know the commute to work is a killer & we want to provide you with flexibility back into your schedule.

You will play a crucial role supporting our brokers, working closely with clients/lenders throughout the settlement process.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Someone with ambition & a passion for property.
  • Preferred 2 years' settlements/mortgage broking experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
  • Confident working independently in a remote setting while also being a team player (you go FAST alone but you go FAR together).
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills—both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan files from Approval through to Settlement
  • Communicate with clients & lenders through the loan document process.
  • Meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records and file notes in our CRM and internal systems
