About the Role
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering Occupational Rehabilitation & Prevention Services
  • Drive innovation in service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and modelling to maximise outcomes
  • Influence stakeholder engagement across insurers, employers, and healthcare partners
  • Ensure SIRA compliance, ISO accreditation, and delivery of evidence-based models
  • Inspire leaders and consultants to achieve ambitious KPIs & return-to-work outcomes
  • Champion growth strategies including tender submissions, new service lines & grants

What You Will Need
  • Allied Health qualification (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or similar)
  • Registration with relevant professional body in Australia
  • Proven senior leadership experience within Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Strong financial acumen – budgeting, modelling, and performance metrics
