**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**PERSOLKELLY** are seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst on behalf of our client who is in the Government Sector. This role is based in the Sydney CBD and and offers hybrid working options.

**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the project with role design including senior executive and non-executive roles, change management - comms plan and materials, HR & Recruitment support
- Manage the portfolio with business writing, delivering change and internal comms
- Work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior executives
- Support the team with adhoc support when needed

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Double vaccination certificate
- Experienced role designer and role description writer, MERCER accreditation preferred
- Expert knowledge of NSW Government Sector Employment legislation is highly regarded
