We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our Berrinba site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all operational activities, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for our valued customers. A dynamic role, where everyday is different, your duties will include:
Leading and managing the operations team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate results in line with SLA's.
Analysis of operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensuring site compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements and driving a culture of compliance and safety.
Managing resources and logistics to optimise operational costs, improve service levels, and exceed customer expectations.
Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members including identification of talent and succession planning.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in operations management within the 3PL logistics or supply chain industry ideally within a cold chain or pharmaceutical warehouse.
Leadership and team management skills including the ability to engage, motivate and develop your team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional outlook.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.
Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field will be highly regarded.
