We are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager to join our team in the Gold Coast Region.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead site operations and drive innovation across 3 sites, ensuring daily operations are managed effectively and sustainably.

  • Oversee site safety and environmental practices
  • Manage change and challenges as they occur
  • Meet key operational KPIs through great planning and task execution
  • Ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right times
  • Deliver optimum asset and equipment usage outcomes
  • Work with colleagues to deliver exemplary customer service
  • Review and update data to inform decision making

This role requires:

  • A proven track record of uncompromising safety and environmental management
  • Prior experience as a site or division operational leader
  • Experience working in fast-paced, highly regulated environments
  • A trade qualification or industry-relevant licence
  • Working knowledge of fixed and mobile plant and machinery or sound mechanical knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
