Job Title: Site Operations Manager

The Site Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of multiple sites, driving business growth and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Site Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance site performance, drive revenue growth, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintenance Budgeting: Effectively manage maintenance budgets, negotiate contractual agreements, and ensure compliance with safety and risk assessments.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to verify that maintenance is performed in accordance with agreed scope and regulatory requirements.
  • Landlord and Property Management: Manage landlord-related issues, property maintenance, and repairs to ensure safe and fully operational sites.
  • Support and Development: Provide guidance and support to supervisors, technical staff, and subcontractors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly provide reports and analysis on business performance to key stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs, with a good understanding of building systems.
  • Budget Management: Proficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reports.
  • Customer Service: Proven track record in exceptional customer service and excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Certification: Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
