To drive Real Time's growth by increasing revenue, contractor numbers & high-value, target customer accounts.
Outcomes
Create new client relationships that deliver consistent contract and permanent revenue.
Increase and improve engagement with existing accounts' buyers (stakeholders).
Increase and improve revenue with existing accounts' buyers (stakeholders).
Manage and effect the full recruitment delivery cycle ensuring revenue realisation,
compliance & efficiency.
Learn, implement and contribute to our methodologies, systems and processes.
Learn and contribute to the enhancement of our team principles, culture & collaboration.
Contribute to the development of innovative practices and customer offerings.
Represent the Real Time brand and professionalism with all key stakeholders.
