Job Title: Tech Risk ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Tech Risk Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in IT audit and risk management, with a strong background in the financial services industry.In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support financial audit teams, evaluating IT general controls design and operating effectiveness, and testing application controls. You will also provide a broad range of Technology risk services, relating to regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial audit teams by identifying financial reporting related IT risks and evaluating ITGC design and operating effectiveness.
  • Provide Technology risk services relating to regulatory compliance, e.g. CPS 234 and CPS 230.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage risks derived from an organisation engaging with a third party.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Financial services industry-based knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, IT audit supporting external audits, controls assurance reports, internal auditing, IT risk management strategies, and techniques.
  • A result-oriented and commercially client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to identify engagement and client service issues using knowledge of the current IT environment and industry IT trends.
