We are seeking a highly motivated Trade Scheduler to join our lively team in Manly Vale. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and use your skills and knowledge to ensure projects are completed successfully and on-time. We are a fun bunch and strive to create an environment that is enjoyable to work in. Working hours are 6.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines and plans
- Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues
- Communicate with stakeholders and clients to provide regular updates on technician timelines and status
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Ocassional material handling and warehousing
- Work closely with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure successful project deliver
- Ad-hoc administration duties

**Key**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in scheduling and coordinating technicians
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
