Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.
IMC and its associated indigenous Joint Venture partners have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resource clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Northern Star Resource and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013.
IMC are currently seeking a qualified and experienced
HR Advisor
to join the growing HR team based in Bayswater. Reporting to the HR Principal, the successful applicant will enjoy a diverse scope of work in a positive and busy working environment.
Tasks include but not limited to:
Providing generalist HR support and advice
Managing internal HR communications
Assisting with the remuneration review process, including salary bench-marking and market research
Supporting the HR Principal with monthly HR reporting
Assisting with employee related investigations and facilitate discussions, meetings and outcomes
Maintaining the performance management system, policies and practices and provide ongoing support
Assisting with the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
Performing other HR related duties as required.
Successful applicant will have:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR or related studies.
Previous experience in broad, HR generalist role either in the Mining and Resources Construction or similar blue collar industry sectors desirable
HRIS management experience essential
Customer service focus and drive essential
Experience in case and project management desirable
Attention to detail and continuous improvement drive essential
