**Role**
Lead the College Operations of the four Kaplan International Pathways campuses across Australia and New Zealand.
Ensure optimum rates of student success, student satisfaction and student progression to Kaplan's partner universities are achieved.
Maintain and enhance strong, influential and value-adding relationships with Kaplan's university partners.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive management experience within international student focused higher education institutions
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills at an operational level
- Experience in leading a large, diverse and geographically spread function
- Hands-on management style
- Ability to conduct frequent travel to campuses across Australia and New Zealand
