Lead College Operations

We are seeking an experienced College Operations Leader to oversee the strategic management of our college operations across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in driving student success, satisfaction, and progression rates. They will also develop strong relationships with university partners to enhance their value-add and optimize student outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing international student-focused higher education institutions, as well as demonstrated leadership and management skills at an operational level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the college operations function to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to drive student success and satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with university partners to enhance their value-add.
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize student outcomes.
