Belle Property Parramatta | Beecroft | Carlingford are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant. This Monday to Friday role involves managing property campaigns, ensuring compliance, coordinating the team, and executing the marketing plan. It's a fast-paced position where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and has a sharp eye for detail.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Managing property campaigns from listing to settlement
- Executing the marketing plan and budget
- Coordinating team schedules, meetings, and communications
- Liaising with vendors and trades to ensure timely updates
- Maintaining and updating team manuals to reflect current processes
- Overseeing the creation and ordering of marketing materials
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Organising and facilitating regular team meetings
**The successful candidiate will have**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Proven experience in project management and administration
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate initiative
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration
- Previous administration experience
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly regarded
