We are currently seeking a **Contract Compliance and Data Manager **to join our support office based in Cannon Hill in Brisbane.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Contract Compliance and Data Manager provides administration and commercial support to the team including:

- Ongoing compliance tracking to unit expenses
- Management reporting and contractual compliance & reviews
- Financial analysis of relevant portfolio
- Ensure all revenue is captured in a timely manner
- Assist with preparation of Contract Price Escalations
- Continuous monitor and improvement across Retail and Vending opportunities
- Review of Commercial Terms
- Conduct P&L reviews with sites on related performance for period and identify action areas
- Support to Regional Managers covering various financial and commercial facets
- Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks including compilation of Monthly Client Reports and the Quarterly Client Meetings presentations and associated reports
- Act as the point of contact for client for any commercial matters
- Assist with building budgets/forecasts and financial plans

**The Person**
- Minimum 3 years previous experience within data analytical and compliance role
- Previous working experience within a commercial accounting environment is highly desirable
- Experience in financial model and commercial review
- Experience using ORACLE accounting system highly regarded
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
