Commercial Coordinator Role Overview

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of contracts. The Commercial Coordinator will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate and process orders, adjustments, amendments, payments, terminations, negotiations, and other requests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills. They should also be proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders and contract details within internal systems in line with policy, procedure, and compliance.
  • Process order amendments and manage general enquiries related to ownership transfers, data migrations, contract renegotiation, and renewals.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve contract queries, including disputes and negotiations.
  • Effectively handover customers to implementation, bookings, and stock teams post-sale, including creating internal jobs, work orders, follow-up tasks, or notes.
  • Perform regular ad hoc duties, such as licence audits, billing corrections, and data cleansing, as delegated by leadership.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • High degree of organization and initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and procedures in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
