We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to lead the development of our cutting-edge AI-powered security platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, architect, and build our AI-driven penetration testing platform
Define stack, roadmap, and long-term engineering strategy with the founder
Bring in the latest advancements in AI + security testing
Recruit, mentor, and lead an engineering team as the company scales
Establish and embed best practice in secure coding, testing, and delivery
Requirements:
7+ years in software engineering, ideally as a full-stack engineer or frontend focused
Strong background in building scalable, secure systems
Experience building AI Agents and integrating AI into products
Expertise in modern programming languages (such as Python, Go, Rust, or similar)
Great communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
