We're looking for an exceptional Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join our team and help shape the skills of our people.

This role is perfect for someone who shares our passion for learning, innovation, and growth. As a Senior Learning & Development Consultant, you'll play a vital part in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that support Mirvac's strategic objectives.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop bespoke solutions, and drive a culture of continuous learning, capability development, and professional growth across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage L&D projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
  • Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across Divisions, supporting the development of Divisional Capability Frameworks.
  • Program Development and Delivery: Design and develop innovative learning programs, including workshops and blended learning solutions, that align with business goals.
  • Facilitation and Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, including people leaders.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and conduct regular reviews of learning outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business needs and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the organization's L&D offerings.

You'll be a qualified professional in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in learning and development or similar. You'll have excellent project management skills, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
