**Your Role**
- Welcome patrons with a warm, engaging and positive attitude upon arrival.
- Ticket management by checking and validating tickets, ensuring patrons are directed seamlessly to their allocated areas.
- Patron assistance by providing event information, directions and support to enhance the overall experience.
- Crowd guidance by monitoring and assisting with crowd flow to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely.
- Problem solving by addressing patron inquiries or issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Safely guide cars into designated parking areas with clear and concise directions.
- Help maintain a clean, professional and vibrant event environment.
- You will be a key part of delivering the high standards expected at this iconic event.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exceptional Communication Skills and Experience.
- Professional Presentation
- Team Spirit with proactive and reliable work ethic, working collaboratively with the event team.
- Quick Thinking
- **Availability**: To attend a face-to-face briefing session, complete online training, and be available for a minimum of three event days (Friday 14th March - Sunday 16th March 2025).
- Some roles may require availability for all four event days (Thursday 13th March - Sunday 16th March 2025).
