Primary Care Program Director Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Program Director to lead our organization's primary care initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, enhance the quality of care, and increase efficiency in our primary care services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on primary care
Proven track record of leading teams and achieving results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
