Healthcare Transformation Lead
A key role in digital transformation for a respected healthcare leader.
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to play a critical part in our organisation's digital journey.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end programme and project management delivery within the healthcare domain, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams within a clinical setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers to ensure programmes are running effectively and consistently delivering
- Leverage your experience to drive excellence in healthcare delivery and meet best practice standards and governance
Requirements:
- Qualifications in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince 2, PMP, Agile)
- Clinical background highly desirable
- Previous programme management experience within the healthcare domain or 7+ years in a senior project management capacity
- Strong expertise in clinical IT projects, including eMR, Patient Administration Systems
