Transforming Healthcare with Digital Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Healthcare Leader to join our team and play a crucial role in the development of our digital healthcare initiatives. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for delivering complex digital products and services that transform the health of millions of people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with product managers, business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical development teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Defining business requirements via epics, features, and stories, together with acceptance criteria to ensure successful product launch and continuous iteration.
  • Creating, prioritizing, and maintaining the team backlog, defining release and sprint goals, and answering questions to add detail to user stories.
  • Collaborating with user experience, visual designers, and agency partners to define and create engaging customer experiences.
  • Working closely with data and analytics teams to capture customer behaviors and inform product development decisions.

You will also contribute to ongoing product iteration, including management of small changes, bug fixes, and optimisations, as well as larger roadmap initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner with a solid understanding of best practice and innovative customer experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Dynamics 365 (D365) and/or Health Applications for General Practitioners.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment as a Product Owner, including an understanding of incremental delivery of value.
