**The Role**

This is a leading Work Health & Safety Advisor vacancy, 80% onsite, 20% office based
- You will proactively review current methodologies while developing new initiatives.
- You thrive on implementing safety strategies to enhance cultural change and continuous improvement.
- Daily you review, monitor, and identify risk management strategies, being a mentor and coach, coupled with the responsibility for being the key point of contact for the leadership team.
- Induct and monitor the development of the safety criteria for engagement of subcontractors and all stakeholders.

**Essential criteria**
- Proven understanding of safety investigation and the ability to facilitate, document, and develop effective close-out actions
- Experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy skills
- A calm approach in a timeline and sometimes pressured environment
- Relevant qualifications, Cert 1V in WHS or currently studying your Cert IV
