JV Crash Automotive Group is seeking an experienced WHS Manager to join our team.
This full-time position will be responsible for coordinating and implementing work health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring safety compliance to promote the wellbeing of our employees.
The JV Crash Automotive Group operates across 6 sites : JV Crash Repairs Wingfield, JV Crash Repairs Regency, Regal Crash Repairs, Lockleys & Findon Crash Repairs, M E Dale Crash Repairs, and MEC Crash Repairs.
We have approximately 130 employees, primarily in workshop-based roles.
We are a dynamic workplace utilizing up-to-date technology and experienced tradespeople.
We pride ourselves on our safety record and our commitment to ensuring everyone goes home safely from work.
The WHS Manager will oversee all 6 sites, with the role based at JV Crash Regency.
A work vehicle will be provided for travel between sites as needed.
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual who is willing to collaborate with industry associations and external advisors to achieve safety objectives.

What you'll be doing Developing, implementing, and monitoring WHS policies, procedures, and systems to promote a safe working environment Conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards Ensuring compliance with safety standards and legislation Providing WHS training and education to employees, including toolbox meetings Investigating and reporting workplace incidents and near-misses, and recommending corrective actions Maintaining WHS records and preparing reports for management Liaising with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to meet legislative requirements What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in WHS coordination or management, preferably within the motor body industry Solid understanding of relevant WHS legislation, regulations, and codes of practice Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement What we will give Competitive salary commensurate with experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Please email your resume to (emailprotected) with your salary expectations.
